The constables were taking him from the jail to the Gautam Buddha Nagar court in Noida. The Special Task Force had arrested Chattrapal from a hideout in Noida, six days after the kidnapping of Anant.
The SSB inspector and the jawan have been suspended, pending a full inquiry.
